Tony Chahal
Managing Partner
Tony Chahal is a highly accomplished real estate investor, broker, and respected executive in the PropTech world, with a career spanning over two decades. As a founding member and Managing Partner at Investology, Tony leads the overall strategy, deal analysis, acquisition, and disposition of real estate projects and properties, leveraging his extensive experience and profound knowledge of the real estate market.

Additionally, Tony serves as President of Closing Services at Clever, a leading PropTech company, where he applies his 18 years of domain expertise to drive the overall strategy, sales, operations, and marketing functions. Under his leadership, Tony has been instrumental in pioneering innovative products and strategies that leverage technology to transform the real estate buying and selling experience for both consumers and professionals.

Prior to joining Clever, Tony held leadership positions at HomeLight, a forward-thinking real estate technology platform. His tenure at HomeLight was marked by major accomplishments, including the launch of new vertical businesses and the development of successful go-to-market strategies across the United States. He was pivotal in leading national sales for HomeLight’s various business units such as Trade-In, Cash Offer, Simple Sale, and Closing Services, driving over $500M in revenue and witnessing exponential growth. He previously founded and sold various businesses, including real estate brokerages underscoring his capability in building, scaling, and successfully exiting companies, solidifying his status as a versatile and accomplished entrepreneur in the real estate and PropTech sectors.
